POLARIS CARE AND NDIS
The NDIS
Polaris Care is a disability support provider. We provide range of NDIS and disability care services in Victoria. If you need more details about how your NDIS funding can make a big difference in your life, make it easy and more enjoyable with range of different supports from Polaris Care, we are happy to meet with you and explain it in detail.
OUR SERVICES
High-quality and person-centred NDIS supports
We specialise in supporting participants in their home. Our support staffs are highly experienced in providing In-home and Personal care, Assistance with community and social participation and Assistance with attending range of activities. Currently we support NDIS participants in Melbourne metro, Geelong and surrounding areas.
Polaris Care and NDIS registration
Polaris Care has completed and passed mandatory third party audit required to finalise NDIS registration and become NDIS registered provider. As last step in the NDIS registration process we are currently waiting for final approval from NDIS commission. Even though we are still not registered provider our quality assurance programmes and systems ensures you receive the best care.
